The Unsolicited Endorsement: Hotels.com Rewards Program
See why Modern Fellows endorses Hotels.com and its Rewards program — and score a discount of $50 off your next Hotels.com booking for 2017.
For my day job, I travel frequently to destinations around the world. It’s difficult to maintain loyalty to any one hotel chain, given that I’m price sensitive for work travel and my favorite hotels in some of the places I travel most — the Manotel hotels in Geneva for example — don’t feature rewards programs that are applicable internationally.
Several years ago, Hotels.com introduced a screamingly-simple rewards program across its site. Stay 10 nights, get one free. Ever since then, Hotels.com has become my go-to site for booking travel. No more anxiety over finding a Starwood or Marriott property, or overpaying for a brand because you’re locked into their loyalty program.
Through its welcome rewards program, Hotels.com also offers stellar customer service, including dedicated lines for its Silver and Gold frequent traveler tiers, which has helped me trouble-shoot problems (and occasionally has negotiated with hotels to refund a non-refundable booking that I had to cancel).
I know this sounds like a sponsored post, but it’s not. Nobody from Hotels.com has ever contacted me. This is simply a call-out for a great program, and an opportunity to pass along a coupon Modern Fellows’ stylish readers to get $50 off your first booking of $200 or more via this link.
